Webinar Description:

Problems with your personal property or mixed collateral loans? Is your debtor in default? Is the loan now a classified credit?

It's now time to establish a game plan before it's too late. It's time for a file review and a determination of your secured creditor status!

Our webinar will walk you through the file review process and discuss the basics of Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) on attachment, perfection and priority of security interests in personal property. The webinar will also offer practice tips to avoid being unperfected and your security interest being set aside by the trustee in bankruptcy.

Once you know where you stand, you will know what action to take.
