Bradley ("Brad") Gibson is Associate General Counsel for the UCC Division of The First American Title Insurance Company, a Fortune 300 Company. Brad attended the University of California, Irvine where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biological Sciences in 1993. He earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 1996. Prior to joining First American, Mr. Gibson was in private practice for seven years, primarily in the litigation department of Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold in Los Angeles, California, specializing in commercial and personal tort law. In 2002, Mr. Gibson joined HCC Surety, a division of Houston Casualty Company. At HCC Surety, Mr. Gibson was involved in all aspects of surety law and bonding practice including the claims department and the Court Bond underwriting department. Mr. Gibson is a member of the State Bar of California and the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association.
